We are seeking a Research Fellow in Building Physics Modelling to join Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø Energy Institute.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø Energy Institute delivers world-leading learning, research and policy support on the challenges of climate change and energy security.

Key duties are:

  • to develop a domestic energy stock model grounded in metered data;
  • to model the energy impact of a range of advanced glazing;
  • to author/co-author scientific papers.

This post is available immediately and is funded for 10 months in the first instance, further funding to support the post may be available.


Key Requirements

Experience of domestic energy stock modelling and the underlying building physics, plus experience of data management using R or Python.
