We are delighted to announce that Juliano Denicol,聽a C&PM聽PhD Candidate, has been awarded the highly prestigious Thesis Research Grant from (PMI) to support his doctoral studies. Juliano鈥檚 research is one of the few in the world to receive PMI鈥檚 investment in a very competitive selection, judged by a committee of world-leading academics and practitioners.

Juliano鈥檚 PhD explores the role of owner/operator organisations and its interface with the supply chain in megaprojects. The study will consider the experiences of five UK megaprojects that represent an investment of more than 拢70 billion: , , , and .

Considering the importance of megaprojects for the global economy and the amount of investment forecasted for the next decades (USD 57 trillion), it is critical to explore new delivery model frameworks to complete those projects on time, within budget, to scope.
