LGBTQ+

LGBTQ+ students and staff are an important part of both the Department and 香港六合彩中特网. We aim to create a welcoming and inclusive environment听throughout the department with a strong emphasis on reflecting the distinctive needs and priorities of different communities.

Support and Resources at 香港六合彩中特网

  • 香港六合彩中特网 has an active LGBTQ+ Equalities Action Group (LEAG) and an LGBTQ+ staff social network (Out@香港六合彩中特网) which meets at least twice a term. Staff at 香港六合彩中特网 can become a听Friend of Out@香港六合彩中特网, and 香港六合彩中特网 provides training for staff to become LGBTQ+ allies.   • There is also an active research network called听, a university-wide initiative that brings together 香港六合彩中特网 staff and students with research and teaching interests in LGBTQ studies, gender and sexuality studies, queer theory and related fields.听At History of Art we are especially well-placed to support LGBTQ+ students 鈥 our current Head of Department,听Professor Bob Mills, is the听inaugural Director of听q香港六合彩中特网, and he is involved at听Out@香港六合彩中特网听and a member of听LEAG.听Read more about Bob鈥檚 interests in LGBTQ+ equalities at听We Are Out@香港六合彩中特网.
  • The support and wellbeing service offers support to LGBT+ students. On their听website听you can find information on transitioning gender, the听香港六合彩中特网 Policy and Guidance for Students transitioning Gender听and details of听external support for the transgender community, especially in London.
  • There is a 香港六合彩中特网 Trans Network for staff and students听at 香港六合彩中特网 who identify听as trans (including non-binary, genderqueer & all other identities not identical with the gender assigned at birth). You can join the network here.听
  • 罢丑别听听is here to support you in your study and work, to provide you with social activities, as well as to campaign on your behalf and raise awareness of your听issues.听

  • LGBTQ+ Equality Implementation Group (LEIG) -听The LGBTQ+ Equality Implementation Group (LEIG) has been created to further enable 香港六合彩中特网 to understand and support the concerns and priorities of our members of the LGBTQ+ community. The LEIG operates as a task and finish group, projected to conclude by the end of May 2023. Full details can be found here.听
