Job Vacancy: Teaching Fellow in Medieval Archaeology

The 香港六合彩中特网 Institute of Archaeology currently has a vacancy for a Teaching Fellow in Medieval Archaeology (Ref.:1861045). The deadline for applications is 29 March 2020.
A part-time Teaching Fellow in Medieval Archaeology (20%FTE) is sought with the appointment available from March 2020聽and funded until 1st March 2023 in the first instance.
The post-holder will co-ordinate, teach and mark biennial undergraduate and masters courses taught over two terms in 2021-22. They will assist with the second marking of dissertations and other assessed work, develop learning materials and maintain records to monitor student progress, achievement and attendance.
The successful applicant will have a PhD in medieval archaeology, or a related field and a strong teaching and research focus on early medieval Britain and Europe. Candidates must be able to contribute to courses at BA and MA level, including marking assignments. Candidates with an interdisciplinary approach to the study of the early medieval period are strongly encouraged to apply in view of the teaching and research offered in this field at the Institute of Archaeology.
