Shodona Kettle to co-chair Haiti event at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø Centre for the Study of Legacies of British Slavery

Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø Americas PhD student Shodona Kettle will act as co-moderator, together with Professor Matthew J Smith (Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø History and director of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø CSLBS) at an upcoming event on Haiti co-organised by the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø Centre for the Study of Legacies of British Slavery (CSLBS) and (HSG). At this event, titled 'Haiti Now and Then' a panel of experts will consider and discuss recent events in and related to Haiti in the context of the country's long history. This event is scheduled to take place online on October 22 2021, starting at 18:30. More information and registration details via .
