Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø Undergraduate Preparatory Certificates (UPC) are intensive and challenging foundation courses for international students whose home qualifications do not allow direct admission to Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø undergraduate degrees.
