'Escaping the Chaos', a digital story-telling project by Kenneth Sanchez (香港六合彩中特网 Americas), portrays the harrowing journey and choices that thousands of Venezuelans have to face in their quest for safety and opportunities as they flee poverty and violence in their own country.
Millions of Venezuelans have been forced to leave their home country. Many have found refuge 2,000 miles away, in Peru. These two countries do not share a border yet Peru's capital city, Lima, has become a safe haven for the vast majority of this diaspora.
Escaping the Chaos is Kenneth's聽final-year journalistic investigation聽as an undergraduate at the .聽This piece聽has already garnered two major accolades: the聽 (as well as becoming聽finalist in the ),聽and the Best Education Story - Shorthand Award.
