Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at the LMCB

The LMCB is committed to equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The听Athena SWAN culture is fully embedded in LMCB life; we adopt the听mantra 鈥渟imply good practice鈥 to describe our听approach to all aspects of our听work. Our efforts have been recognised to have helped develop a culture in听which all听our staff and students flourish, and which increasingly influences听other departments across the university and听beyond. In 2020, we renewed our Athena SWAN听Gold status in recognition听of continuing to work at the highest level of excellence in promoting gender听equality. We will continue to make听improvements to provide an environment that encourages scientific excellence听for many years to come.
