  1. Will of Philip Anglin Morris of St James Cornwall proved 16/09/1843. In the will he left an annuity of just over 拢20 p.a. to his housekeeper Elizabeth Bowen, and his interest in the Cambridge estate to Philip Anglin Scarlett for life and then to the natural children of Philip Anglin Scarlett:, he described Philip Anglin Scarlett and the co-executor George Crawford Ricketts as 'friends and relations.'
