Charles Seymour of St Andrew, Esquire. Estate probated in Jamaica in 1777. Slave-ownership at probate: 84 of whom 48 were listed as male and 36 as female. 12 were listed as boys, girls or children. Total value of estate at probate: 拢9265.01 Jamaican currency of which 拢4568 currency was the value of enslaved people. Estate valuation included 拢44.33 currency cash, 拢3461 currency debts and 拢438.2 currency plate.
