Apparently resident slave-owner in Jamaica, owner of the indebted Manningsfield estate. Dead by 1795.

Pusey Manning contributed 拢9 10s to the University of Pennsylvania following Dr John Morgan's fundraising tour of the West Indies in 1772-1773.
