Slave-owner on Tortola. Daniel V. Donovan married Mary Ann Hannah in Liverpool in 1815. In the Tortola Map of 1798 Daniel Donovan was shown as owner of Nos. 3 (pasture) 5 (sugar) and 17, all in the southwest of the island.
