Counterclaim by George Scott, Matthew Henry Scott and Richard Lee, 'trustees of a term of 500 years created by the will of Jno Scott for securing an annuity of 拢800 sterling to Elizabeth Scott his widow'. Presumably counterclaim was admitted as listed in uncontested claims in Parliamentary Papers.
