The award was split: 拢258 5s 7d went to Thos. J. Cummins; 拢256 6s 8d went to John Richd. Farre, William Baker and Thomas Jones.

T71/897: 拢29 2s 7d was awarded to Samuel & Lucretia Browne, 08/07/1839, 'remaining 拢207 15s 9d'. Thos. J. Cummins, of St Michael, was a judgment creditor. John Richd. Farre, of Charterhouse Sq., William Baker, of EIHouse, and Thomas Jones, of Leadenhall St, were all executors of Wm Crawley, assignee of a judgement dated 19/12/1820 for 拢269 15s 8d sterling. Counterclaim from George Gowling Esq, of Liverpool, as judgement creditor.

T71/553 p. 132: Henry S. Cummins registered 35 enslaved persons in 1834.

T71/1306: the last part of the award - a trust for benefit of the creditors of James S. Bascom, for the life of Thomas Butcher, then principal to John Richards, an assignee, failed: 'Award destroyed the Trustees refusing to take upon themselves the trusts'. The trustees were John and Jacob Montefiore and John Richards.
