Horner of Wells [sp?] Park, Somerset, first mortgagees and trustees of a settlement made on the marriage of Richard Oliver Smith for 拢11,105, settlement dated 13/08/1819.
An award of 拢4105 went to E. Broderip and T. Strangways Horner; the balance went to the Baillies.
