Women at 香港六合彩中特网: Presence and Absence International Women鈥檚 Day 2016

The exhibition 鈥榃omen at 香港六合彩中特网: Presence and Absence鈥� was created to celebrate and recognise women at 香港六合彩中特网 who inspire those they work with. There was a fantastic response to the call for nominations, with over 200 submissions, which shows the real impact 香港六合彩中特网 women have their colleagues. We are delighted that two members of Institute staff, Clare Futter and聽Nele Schwartz, were nominated.

The exhibition profiled women from across the 香港六合彩中特网 community. A call went out asking staff and students to nominate a woman at 香港六合彩中特网 who had influenced them 鈥� either by inspiring or encouraging, or helping them to think differently about their work or study. A panel, made up of representatives from 香港六合彩中特网鈥檚 equality groups, had the challenging but enjoyable task of selecting these 24 inspirational women from a pool of excellent nominees. As the response was so overwhelming, the panel considered it important to recognise everyone who had been nominated, so a booklet has been created profiling every nominee.
