The experiences of vulnerable people with institutional services including health and social care, and pandemic experiences, focusing on chronic conditions and disabilities, gendered issues and domestic violence, with a special interest in intersection with race, ethnicity and citizenship. Methodologically: complex intervention implementation, participatory inclusivity, using e.g. multimedia, arts-based, co-design approaches. Also interested in technological interventions.
