Brands, Competition Law and IP published by CUP

26 August 2015

A new book co-edited by  has been published by Cambridge University Press.  is the product of a three year research programme in collaboration with colleagues from the US on the implications of brands and branding in competition law and IP law analysis. The CLES co-organized two conferences on this theme, one in London in 2011 and the other in Chicago in 2012. The chapters of the book derive from some of the presentations in these two conferences, the book attempting to bring together four different communities: economists, marketing people, competition lawyers and IP lawyers.
